Glitta Gold Hair is not responsible for packages after shipping. No refunds will be disbursed for lost/stolen/damaged packages. You may track your package once you receive your order fulfillment email at www.USPS.com. If you are unavailable during the expected delivery date/time, to sign for your package, visit this link at www.USPS.com.
Shipping is Monday through Friday only. Order processing is 5-7 business days and shipping time is 1-3 business days. Holidays do not count as a business day. All packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders require signature confirmation. The shipping process occurs after the processing period. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If you are unavailable during the expected delivery date/time you can request that your local USPS post office hold your package at www.USPS.com. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Multiple shipping options are available, however, please order as far in advance as possible to accommodate your needs.
